Refund policy

We are happy to refund or replace your product within 20 days of purchase in the event of shipping damage.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. 
If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your product please email hello@fatwrenfarm.com with your order details and reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not refund the original shipping cost you paid on the order.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
