Quickie - Butter Chicken curry.

Did you know that Butter chicken is one of the worlds most popular curries? When you taste it, it’s not hard to see why! 

Here’s a quick and easy weeknight recipe for the whole family.

Serves 4.

1 kg of boneless Chicken. (breast or thigh) Cubed. 

1 tablespoon oil

1 jar Butter Chicken simmer paste.

1 can crushed tomatoes.

1/2 can coconut cream (or 1 cup cooking cream).

Feel free to add veg if desired.


Heat oil in pan and brown chicken. 

Add the simmer paste, tomato and cream. 

Cover and simmer on a low heat for 15mins, uncover and simmer for a further 10 mins. Serve with basmati rice and naan bread.
